Our agents can provide you with full property management services or just find you a tenant. If you are having trouble deciding whether to sell or rent your property, let us coordinate our program with your listing agent. We will search for a tenant while your listing agent searches for a buyer.

We offer two management programs for our rental owners.

1. Placement Plan - We advertise the property, show the property, screen the tenant, and sign the lease with the tenant. The lease and management would then be turned over to the owner of the property.

2. Full Management Plan - We advertise the property, show the property, screen the tenant, and sign the lease with the tenant. The tenant pays their rent to us. A monthly statement would be issued to the owner listing any payments and expenses along with payment of the remaining balance to the owner. An agent would complete two inspections per year to check the property for any maintenance concerns and to ensure the tenant is following all lease regulations and maintaining the property. If the Tenant would have any maintenance concerns, they would contact us. The owner of the property determines if we contact them for all maintenance items, if we contact a vendor of their choosing, or if we contact a vendor that we are familiar with to complete the work. Our agents will meet any local township or city officials for required inspections. The owner can choose to have us pay the utility bills, licensing fees, insurance, taxes, and mortgage payments from their rental proceeds.

How it Works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.



Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
