Homeowners and Condominium Associations
Our Association management programs can be tailored to the needs of the particular Association.
1. Basic Plan - Our basic plan includes: collection of fees, assessments, and charges due; maintenance of checking, savings, and other financial accounts; payment of expenses payable by the Association; mailing notices of delinquency to unit owner in arrears; exercising reasonable efforts to collect past due accounts including filing legal action; attendance of four General and/ or Board meetings per year; completion of lender questionnaires; and issuing Resale Certificates.
2. Add-on Features - Additional features can be added such as physical site inspections of grounds for any maintenance that is necessary; issuing warning letters to those not in compliance with the Association's governing documents; attendance at additional Board or General Meetings; newsletters; minutes for meetings; and obtaining contractors bids.
